FROM BARBECUE TO VEGAN? 

 I was born in Brazil. Around meat. Lots of meat and barbecue.

I even built a career in the world of meat-centric restaurants.

But over the past years, I got increasingly concerned about the environmental impact of excessive animal products on my plate. 

Preparing plant-based meals at home was easy. But out on the streets, it was a completely different story. Nothing really resonated with the big flavors I grew up with. Maybe you've been there too?

 

And that's how SOIL VEGAN CAFÉ was born after much food experimentation to get to the deliciousness and the casual vibe we thought worth sharing with you.
